Fred Perry is inspired by the tennis sport : the brand was born in 1952 thanks to the tennis champion Fred Perry. The cotton polo short is iconic and the logo laurel wreath is easyly identified. Through the decades, the brand offers a sportswear style with elaborated details.
Raf Simon is a well-known and successful fashion designer. He is currently the artistic director of Calvin Klein and of his own eponymous brand. Before that, he worked in « haute couture » as the artistic director of Dior until 2015.
This season, the collection presented by Fred Perry x Raf Simons is marked with a punk spirit and expresses a certain casual elegance and a refined smartness, mixed with a touch of sportswear influence. The whole collection has a contemporary style filled with zeitgeist and the energy of youth.
