In spring 2002 Avril creates her eponymous trademark. Yet she continues to work for Luxury-houses like Loewe, because she is fascinated by the reinterpretation of their best models ever made before.

Avril’s collections are a wedding between classical and contemporary style which seduces as well modern women (nevertheless not too show-off) and their daughters. She convinces all those who want to wear styled, comfortable shoes of quality. Simple, timeless, efficient.

Like in sculpture, Avril plays with volumes and technical mastering, daring most opposite associations between noble materials, leather of irreproachable quality and forms. Everything is a matter of choice in her life, even the one to produce in Europe, (France and Spain for the leather tanning, Italy, Portugal and again Spain for the shoes) with manufacturers who respect their salaried and that she admires for their home craft.
