The founder of Welter Shelter had the idea to found his own brand of outdoor clothing following a small misadventure. While he was outside in the storm, his newly purchased coat, a premium 500 euros jacket, did not withstand the weather conditions. So the founder found himself soaked to the bone, getting very cold. The idea came to him to create quality clothes, specially designed for the outside, to wear all the year. Welter Shelter clothing provides warmth and protection. They are designed in Amsterdam and made in Europe from quality materials, such as ecological wool from Patagonia, Italian cotton and Scottish woollens. The garments are equipped with a 3-layer technical membrane, the Meida insulation, which keeps the heat while remaining thin and flexible. In addition to being comfortable and trendy, Welter Shelter clothing is breathable, waterproof and wind-resistant. The Dutch brand mainly offers parkas, but you will also find among the collections a bomber jacket, a long raincoat, a woollen jacket or a sleeveless down jacket, pieces to have in his dressing room.
