ECO X CEPTION
About our ECO X CEPTION criteria
L'Exception allows you to consume better by guiding you in your purchases. To do this, we have defined our ECO X DESIGN criteria, which allow us to promote more committed products, whether in terms of the choice of raw materials, the manufacturing process or the social impact of their production. ECO X CEPTION aims to support both more eco-logical or more eco-responsible brands through the use of organic, recycled or upcycled materials, but also local economic development initiatives, such as production in France or in Europe, or fair production.
From the moment a product meets an ECO X CEPTION criterion, it will benefit from the ECO X CEPTION logo.
A brand benefits from the ECO X CEPTION logo as soon as more than 75% of its offer corresponds to the ECO X CEPTION criteria.

Other criteria
Our ECO X CEPTION criteria aim to help you in your navigation. The term eco designates both the ecological component and the economic development that French, European or fair trade production can bring, even if this production can be carried out in a more distant country. It is not a criterion solely based on eco-responsibility criteria. It is not to be confused with the term eco-design, which corresponds to a mode of development that systematically integrates environmental aspects from the design to the production of products.
