Before Parages, there was Outland. With over 15 years of experience in the garment industry, the decision was made in 2018 to create their own brand—an evolving brand embodying the team's values and fashion vision, forging its own path with complete freedom. Merging the codes of workwear, sportswear, and even tailoring, Outland crafted a sustainable wardrobe consisting of functional pieces that are both contemporary and timeless. The clothing reflects a commitment to simplicity, characterized by the quality of raw materials and production, modern and comfortable cuts, and subtle details.

Gradually, Outland found its place worldwide through a network of independent multi-brand retailers, spanning from France to Spain, the UK to Japan, Switzerland to Canada, and the United States. By the end of 2022, the discovery of the existence of an Australian brand, Outland Denim, created around the same time, prompted a name change. To avoid confusion and stay true to their values, the team chose to rename the brand Parages.

Despite the nostalgia attached to Outland, the name change was seen as an opportunity to reaffirm the brand's core values. As a French brand, the choice of the name "Parages" naturally emerged, embodying a poetic approach of occupying the space while remaining slightly withdrawn to focus on the essentials. In a landscape where image often takes precedence over the product, Parages remains loyal to its minimalist principles, believing in the power of clothing to speak for itself. New name, new logo, but the same essence, Parages continues to embody the standards, quality, and attention to detail that made Outland renowned, and perhaps even more.
