I want to pay in several instalments but the payment is refused. What should I do ?
The payment in several installments is handled by our partner BNP Paribas Personal Finance and we do not have access to the reasons which can motivate a refusal. If you feel the refusal is not normal, contact us on serviceclient@lexception.com so we can get more information.
I am returning products from an order paid in several instalments. How will the payment be adjusted ?
The reimbursement process remains the same as credit card payment: depending on the type of refund, whether total or partial, your deadlines are readjusted (including transaction fees), or reimbursed. If the remaining amount is higher than the amounts already paid, the deadlines already collected are not subject to a refund. The balance to be paid is adjusted on future deadlines.

Paypal payment doesn't show up.
Payment with Paypal is only available for Euro currency. It will not show up if you are looking to pay in any other currency. If you wish to pay through Paypal, just switch the currency to Euro.
