The classic Kanken bag is constructed from a durable vinylon fabric and designed with a large zippered main compartment for easy access, removable padding, small front pocket, simple carry straps and shoulder straps: Volume: 16L.

Kånken has many simple, clear functions. The backpack soon became a common sight at pre-schools and nature schools around the country. The idea of using a backpack quickly spread, as did Kånken.
