The website www.lexception.com (hereinafter the "Site") is published by the company L'EXCEPTION, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €3,766,323, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 534 017 280, whose registered office is located at 12 rue Philippe de Girard, La Caserne, 75010 Paris, (hereinafter the “Editor”).

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or not images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that may be used to operate the Site and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the Site are protected by the laws in force under the title of intellectual property.

They are the full and complete property of the Publisher or its partners, except special mentions.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, are strictly prohibited. The fact that the Publisher does not initiate proceedings as soon as it becomes aware of these unauthorized uses does not constitute acceptance of such uses and waiver of legal proceedings.

Only use for private use in a family circle is permitted and any other use constitutes infringement and/or infringement of related rights, sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code. The resumption of all or part of this content requires the prior authorization of the Publisher or the owner of the rights to this content.

In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the user is informed that the Publisher is collecting and processing personal data when logging in to the Site.

The data collected are mainly used to make the platform available, optimise it and secure it in order to offer users a service of the best possible quality.

Additional data may be collected by the Publisher to enable the proper execution of commercial contracts concluded through the platform with the user.

The personal data collected will only be kept for the time necessary to allow the proper use of the Site, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations of the Publisher regarding the management of the Site.
