Par Cœur was founded in 2018 by childhood friends Elisa Weygand and Camille Goutard. Why this brand name ? Their parents were already friends since their studies ; Elisa and Camille have been spending their holidays together for years, so they know each other «by heart» (« par cœur » in French). After working in architecture, fashion, design or finance, the two friends enjoyed their complementary experiences and shared passion for jewelry, including antique jewelry and medals, as well as decorative arts, to launch their own jewelry brand. Creators have a strong interest in ancient manufacturing techniques. Craftsmanship, beautiful materials and delicate details are the important features of their jewelry. Elisa and Camille wanted to move away from industrial techniques and design jewellery from precious materials, which remain displayed at reasonable prices. Par Cœur jewellery is made of silver, vermeil or 18k gold. The French label specializes in retro-chic style medals, as a pendant on a necklace but also on chain bracelets or hanging from hoop earrings. The medals are hand-stamped by craftsmen in France. The patterns are inspired by old punches and original drawings made by Elisa. Among the Par Cœur collections, you will find vintage-looking jewellery, pieces with timeless patterns (animals like the rhinoceros or the turtle, heart, clover, etc.), but also refined jewellery set with semi-precious coloured stones.
