Loss of firmness and elasticity Loss of moisture and radiance The first results in terms of beautiful skin, nails, and hair can be seen after two months*, and should be repeated for longer-lasting effects. 10.1 g/day (one level 25 ml measuring spoon) to be diluted in the beverage of your choice (250 ml), hot or cold.
