Philippe Arrouart and Clément Cailleau founded Overade in 2009. Philippe, an engineer, worked in the automobile industry before turning to alternative modes of transport such as cycling. In collaboration with designer Patrick Jouffret, he creates a foldable bicycle helmet : « Le Plixi ». He now works with Clément, a business school graduate. After working in gift boxes, Clément wanted to start his own business. Fan of bike, he was immediately interested by the concept of « Le Plixi ». Overade’s creators want to show us the qualities of cycling, which makes its journeys more pleasant.
