What time do you start your day?
6.45 am every day so I get a chance to have breakfast with my children and husband. It’s the only time of the day when we’re all together – I often get home late, so I make sure I spend a whole hour of quality time with them in the morning.
And when do you leave home?
I’m on my electric bike by 9 am after I’ve dressed the kids and jumped in the shower.

Do you prefer to eat out or eat in?
I love eating at home! During the week it’s just me and my husband. In winter I love making soups and stews like pistou soup, minestrone, Thai stews and pumpkin broths. When I do go out, I adore trying Japanese delicacies at
