About Naked and Famous
Naked & Famous supplies directly to Japan. Why the Japanese ? Because they are the only ones to offer such quality. A fabric with character, a soul and which aged deliciously with wear and washing. The team travels to Japan several times a year to discover new fabrics by working with local denim factories to develop crazy innovations such as shiny denim in the dark, cashmere blends, stratch-n-sniff at Raspberry scent or reflective denim.
All their products are proudly cut, made and sewn in Canada.
But why this name "Naked & Famous"?
Answer: In mocking reference to the culture of "peoples", blinded by their celebrity.
The brand logo represents a blonde nude and pulpy elongated, treated in Pop-Art way of the 50s. The spokespeople of the Pop-Art movement then describe the blonde as a satire of mass culture and mass media. A message that Naked & Famous took full possession of.
Under the aegis of its creator Brandon Svarc, Naked & Famous makes it a point of honor to offer only the most basic denim patterns for women and for men, essential for making jeans quality, in terms of style and robustness, and at competitive prices for the premium segment of Japanese denim fabrics.
