The brand Canal Saint-Martin was founded in 2016 by the trio Eva Goldberg, Matthieu Pinon and Yohann Cherbit. Their ambitions ? To offer light sneakers, perfect for walking in the city but with a touch of wanderlust. A bit of "holiday" spirit on the hard pavement.

In their parisian Atelier, the hybrid sneaker was conceived. Its most iconic sneakers being the Lancry, where it all started, the cherished street of all sneakers addicts.
From that, the sneakers will be made available in different collections, colors and fabrics.

Made in Spain, the ancestral know-how remains the same as for the traditionnal espadrille. The outer sole made of rope is hand-sewn and in leather.
