This overcoat is our classic dress coat for this winter. We wanted a timeless piece that could be worn over a suit or as a simple turtleneck for a night out.

Maison Lener Cordier was founded in 1954 in Hazebrouck. The company has developed its coat expertise over three generations, with quality as its watchword. Each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping.
For the material, we selected a top-of-the-range Italian blend of virgin wool and a little polyamide (polyamide is a technical fiber that makes the product more resistant over time). The result is a wool that's both warm and soft, for unrivalled comfort.

Concerning the creative direction of L'Exception Paris, we gave carte blanche to Rémi de Laquintane, founder of the Laquintane brand, entrusting his discerning eye to conceptualise the universal silhouette for L’Exception. Inspired by the Parisian portmanteau, each piece has been crafted with an essential interchangeable quality – offering a timeless yet perennial approach to dressing.
