ADVICE

Massage into damp skin to create a water/oil emulsion, more easily absorbed by the skin. For optimum results, apply daily under a nourishing body cream for silky-soft skin. Devote 25 minutes a day to exercise. After showering or bathing, massage in the oil with upward movements to stimulate lymphatic flow.
