ADVICE

For optimum effectiveness, perform this ritual daily in the morning on an empty stomach: Hold the tongue scraper by both ends, place the curved part on the back of the tongue. Gently scrape forward. Repeat 3 to 4 times until the tongue regains its pinkish color.

Copper naturally oxidizes over time, but this does not alter its antimicrobial properties. To restore it to its original shine, rub it with a soft cloth dipped in a mixture of white vinegar and table salt before rinsing with lukewarm water. Store the tongue scraper in its protective pouch after each use.
