ADVICE

Step 1 - RELAXATION: For a full bath, pour half the sachet into hot water, allow the salt to dissolve, and soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a foot bath for tired feet.

Step 2 - RECOVERY: Massage the soothing lotion for heavy feet and legs using upward movements from the arch of the foot to the bottom of the legs to stimulate blood circulation. Repeat the application as often as necessary.
