Relaxing bath salts: Bath salts, essential oils Exfoliating foot scrub: Pumice stone, peppermint hydrosol, rosemary oil Nourishing foot balm: Murumuru butter, pomegranate enzyme, white willow bark extract Comforting dry oil: Jojoba oil, calendula oil, sesame oil
Soothing lotion for feet and heavy legs: Menthol, arnica oil, eucalyptus oil

Step 1 - RELAXATION: For a full bath, pour half of the sachet into hot water, allow the salt to dissolve, and soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a foot bath for tired feet.

Step 2 - EXFOLIATION: Apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions on the feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. Optimal skin preparation for your foot care routine.

Step 3 - CARE (feet and body): Massage daily, morning and evening, onto clean, dry feet. For very dry or cracked skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with a sock, and allow to absorb. Warm the oil in the palms of your hands and massage gently onto the body, focusing on very dry areas. Add this product to our Foot Balm to enhance its nourishing effect. Step 4 - RECOVERY: Massage the soothing lotion for feet and heavy legs using upward movements from the arch of the foot to the bottom of the legs to stimulate blood circulation. Repeat the application as often as necessary.
