Mohair is a natural fiber that doesn’t need to be washed. The best thing to do is simply air it out! If you still want to wash your knitwear—for example, if it gets stained—do not machine wash it. Hand-wash it instead, trying to wet only the affected area and without wringing the knit too much. Let it dry flat. This will keep it nice and soft and fluffy.
