ADVICE

A tongue scraper should be used in the morning, before eating or drinking, to remove bacteria that has accumulated on your tongue during the night.

Hold one end of the tongue scraper in each hand and place the rounded part at the back of your tongue. Then, while applying light pressure to your tongue, simply scrape it from back to front. You can finish with the middle and several times on each side of your tongue. Simply rinse and wipe it after use. If you want to keep your tongue scraper sparkling clean, you can clean it with a cloth with salt and white vinegar and then rinse it under water.
