ADVICE

2 capsules a day, ideally in the morning with breakfast. Minimum 30 days and ideally 3 months for visible effects.

Dietary supplement based on herbal preparations, vitamins, minerals, lactic ferments and substances. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant and breast-feeding women. Do not take between meals. Not recommended for people taking anti-diabetic medication. Contains caffeine, not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content 3.57mg/2 capsules).
